Working with Donnay Home builder was an enjoyable collaborative process. We chose to build our wonderful 2-story home from a model of Donnay’s design, but the house feels our custom project all the same due to working directly with Chad and the subcontractors to make sure details were just the right way we wanted them. Chad and his crews never said we couldn’t do something with the design of the house and they were always responsive with thoughts, advice, and opinions when requested.

We have lived in our new home builder for a year now, we couldn’t be more pleased with our new home. With everything you buy in life issues and concerns come up. Throughout this first year whenever we have had a question, concern, or issue, Chad and Larry have been there to answer them and take care of them. Their level of customer service is very high.
